Zucchini, zucchini, zucchini....

Today was interesting... I made zucchini cookies. I've eaten nothing all day other than zucchini cookies and applesauce. Yay! They turned out okei.. But mum's oven is apparently hotter than the recipe allowed for, so I have three stages of cookie-ness... Slightly burnt, barely burnt, and barely undercooked. Next time I will do better. This group was with pecans in them... The next will have chocolate chips. Yummy. I still need to make more zucchini bread, too... And I still have to grate the other four zucchinis I have. I froze what I had after the cookies today, which is good. It will make me grate more tomorrow if I'm to bake anymore! It really needs to be grated and frozen. La la... I should stop rambling about zucchini...
